Tasks, events and AI suggestions

What has to happen with this lead, inside its record.

Knowing what happened with a lead is one thing; knowing what is missing is another. Three tabs of the record cover that, and it is worth knowing which one writes and which one only shows.

Tasks

The Tasks tab holds what is pending on THIS lead, with a counter at the top and a "New" button. Each task is completed, moved between statuses, edited or deleted from its own card. The statuses are not a fixed product list: the platform keeps them in a catalog, so they may not be the ones you see elsewhere.

If you are a manager, each card also shows whose task it is. An agent is not shown that, on purpose: they would see their own name on every one and it would be noise. It is exactly what you need when somebody is out and another picks the lead up.

Events: here you only look

The Events tab lists what is booked with this client (showings, meetings, signing, inspection, closing) ordered by date. It has no create button: events are created in the Calendar and consulted here. It is a view, not a form.

What the AI pulls from conversations

The record Summary carries a card called "What the conversation left." It reads your calls and messages and pulls out what stayed open: an appointment you promised, a document you were going to send, a call for Thursday. If a suggestion is missing a detail, it says so plainly: "Missing the time. Fill it in and it gets created."

Below your notes (never above) the AI keeps its own record note. It writes itself with the first call or the first message digest, and says where the lead stands according to what came in through those channels.

The "AI suggestions" tab

This is the long version. It carries two things: "Next actions," each with its priority and its kind (WhatsApp, Email, Search, Data, Call, Appointment), and drafts already written for WhatsApp and email, with the lead's real data inside.

  • An action becomes a task in one click, with "Create task."
  • A draft can be copied, opened straight in WhatsApp, or sent by email from the platform.
  • You can ask for "Another suggestion" or "Rewrite" if it does not convince you, and choose whether drafts come out in Spanish or English.
  • A draft already sent is marked "Sent," and the AI writes the next one with the history updated, so you do not repeat the same message.

The screen says it at the foot, and it is the rule for all of Galilei's AI: "Review and edit before sending. AI only suggests; you send." How it works underneath, what it sees and what it does not, is in The AI in your day course.

Tip: If a suggestion looks bad, dismiss it instead of ignoring it. The platform measures how many were accepted and how many needed fixing, and that measure is only useful if you tell it the truth.
