The full operation, not a notification viewer.
Everything an agent does out in the field lives in the app: look, decide, call, write, and move the file forward.
The Pulse in your hand
Open the app and you already know what today looks like. The Pulse greets you with your KPIs, your ranking, and the Daily Plan the AI built while you slept: who to call, which file to push, which appointment to confirm.
Leads without a desk
Every lead's full file: timeline, documents, tasks, emails, and the AI suggestion with your next message already drafted. Move the stage from the grocery line.
Calls that ring like calls
When a client calls your Galilei Hub number, your phone rings like any real call: full screen, answer from the lock screen, the lead's name front and center. Native system telephony (CallKit on iPhone), not a ringtone buried inside an app.
Chat and team
Galilei Chat travels with you: DMs, groups, agency channels, and voice notes. Notifications arrive as real conversations, with the sender photo, and you reply without opening the app.
iPhone or Android: same app, same features, same Spanish and same English. Nobody on your team gets left out because of their phone.
Raise your wrist. Done.
Your next appointment, unread messages, pending call queue, and your network requests: all on your watch face, refreshed by push the moment something changes. On Apple Watch with complications and Smart Stack; on Wear OS with a tile and complications.
- Today's agenda with full appointment detail
- Call-back queue, ready to work through
- Messages and unreads at a glance
- Watch-face complications: next event, unreads, calls, requests
Driving is working too. Hands off the phone.
Plug in your iPhone and Galilei Hub shows up on your car screen with the only things you can safely do while driving: call and write. Your call queue, your messages, and your team, in the official CarPlay interface and Siri-ready. When a call ends, log the outcome with one tap and the file is up to date before the next showing.
Work through callbacks in order, with the lead name and why they come first.
One tap and the call is recorded on the right file.
Let your client know with one tap — no typing, no dictating.
Ask Siri for your plan and it tells you: how many calls are queued, who comes first and why, and your next appointment.
In the car, Galilei Hub is calls and messages: your pipeline and your numbers stay on the phone, because Apple doesn't allow drawing them on CarPlay. Messages are heard, not read. On Android Auto, the car reads your messages aloud and you reply by voice.
The app doesn't wait for you to open it.
Talk to Siri like you would to a person
"Call my next lead with Galilei", "do I have messages on Galilei?", "my day plan in Galilei". No commands to memorize: Siri understands it however you say it. The one thing you must do is name the app.
Your next appointment, without opening anything
The widget keeps it on your iPhone home screen and lock screen. You glance at it between showings.
Notifications with a face
Messages arrive as native system conversations, with the client photo, and you reply from the notification itself.
The apps are the platform's pocket, not its replacement: e-signature, billing, and advanced settings live on the web, where that work belongs and where the screen fits it. Everything else — leads, pipeline, chat, calls, schedule, sales — travels with you.
