Your day, sorted before you arrive.
The platform computes the day’s candidates without AI — overdue tasks, cooling leads, birthdays; for the broker, stalled deals and quiet agents — and the AI picks the ones that matter and writes them up. It waits for you in The Pulse, in Central Command, and on the car screen through CarPlay, and every morning it also arrives by email.
The message already written, waiting for your nod.
For every lead, the AI proposes the next actions in priority order and leaves the WhatsApp and the email already written, in the client’s language. You open the composer with the text in place, edit if you want, and send. Regenerate the whole batch or just one draft.
What your client does when they aren’t writing to you.
The platform measures the objective signals — what they viewed, what they saved, how often they came back, how long ago — and the AI turns them into a read on the client. The thermometer comes from the data; the AI only explains what it means and what to do about it.
Every agent, evaluated with data.
The AI drafts the executive evaluation of an agent — or of the whole brokerage — with per-dimension scores anchored in real metrics, and it comes out as a PDF ready for the one-on-one. It also reports the work done on a specific lead, with its timeline. Brokers stop reviewing from memory.
Truly bilingual, down to the draft.
The AI writes to the client in the client’s language and to you in yours — the rule follows the recipient, not the sender. And it translates ES↔EN the content your team writes, respecting the vocabulary that doesn’t get translated: GCI, Under Contract, escrow, MLS.
The AI also works outside the CRM.
Describe an automation in one sentence and the AI assembles the workflow with the right steps, using only actions that exist in your brokerage. And when you prepare a signing envelope, it proposes which field belongs to whom — geometry decides where, the AI only decides whose.
Three house rules.
The AI never sends anything on its own: it drafts, and a person decides. Its usage is metered call by call and capped per plan, so there are no surprise bills. And it never touches money: no AI over escrow or reconciliation.
There’s a fourth one that shows less and explains why the numbers add up: whatever can be computed is computed without AI. Thermometers, counts, dates, and metrics come from the database; the AI only lays the narrative on top. If it ever runs out of quota or provider, the screen keeps working — with less prose, but the same numbers.
The same AI, two benefits.
The plan every morning and the recap every night, in your language.
The agent evaluation comes out as a PDF, with scores anchored in metrics.
You see what the team uses and how much it consumes, per person and per feature.
