Acceptance
By using this site or the Galilei Hub platform you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. If you accept on behalf of a brokerage, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
The site and its status
Galilei Hub is available and is purchased from the application. The features described reflect the product as it is built today; the ones that are not yet built are marked "Coming soon" and should not be taken as available. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a guarantee of availability or price: the terms governing your account are the ones you accept when you subscribe.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older to open an account. The platform is a working tool for real estate professionals and their teams, not a consumer service.
- The details you give when you register must be true and yours, including your name, your email address and your license number where your role requires one.
- Your credentials are personal: do not share them, and tell us as soon as you suspect someone else signed in with them.
- A brokerage’s accounts are administered by the brokerage. Its administrator can create users, change their role and remove them, and each role sees what that role is allowed to see.
- You are responsible for what is done from your account.
Subscription and payment
The platform starts with a free 14-day trial, no card. It begins when you create the account and, for the sign-ups Galilei approves, when we approve yours. During the trial access is complete, and we give you notice before the first charge.
An agent joining a brokerage that already exists does not open a trial: their seat is paid by the brokerage, or by them from My Seat, depending on how their brokerage bills.
After the trial, access is paid and is purchased inside the application. What your plan includes, its price and how it is billed are those of the plan you purchased at the time you purchased it; the current offer is described on the pricing page .
If the trial ends without a paid plan, the account becomes read-only: you still sign in and see your data, but you cannot create or change anything. Nothing is deleted because of that. Non-payment of an active plan has the same effect, and it also allows us to suspend access under the Suspension and termination section.
Cancellation
You can cancel whenever you want, from the application itself and without calling anyone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for: until that day you keep full access, and while the period has not ended you can resume it with one click.
Where you cancel, depending on who pays:
- Brokerage or independent realtor: in My Plan, with the “Cancel subscription” button. Only the broker, the brokerage administrator or the independent realtor can do it.
- Professional without a brokerage (lender, title attorney, transaction coordinator, property manager): also in My Plan, with the same button.
- An agent paying for their own seat: in My Seat, with “Manage payment”, which opens the payment provider’s portal. The seat is cancelled there.
- Recurring add-ons: cancelled one by one from My Plan, and the add-on stops being billed and stops counting towards your plan.
If you cancel during the trial you are charged nothing and you keep access for the days you have left. There is one exception: the virtual phone (numbers, SMS and calls) is paused immediately, because each number carries a registration with the carrier that we reserve for the accounts that stay. Activating a plan brings it back.
Cancelling deletes nothing. When the period ends the account becomes read-only, and your data is still there, visible to you.
Deleting is a different thing and is requested separately. From Settings you can request the deletion of your account: you have 14 days to change your mind and, once they pass, it is deleted permanently. If you are the last broker or administrator of your brokerage you cannot delete yourself, because the brokerage would be left with nobody to administer it.

Customer data
The brokerage or the professional using the platform owns the data they upload to it or receive in it: their contacts, their leads, their documents and their messages. Galilei claims ownership of none of it.
Galilei processes that data on the customer’s behalf, as a data processor, and only to provide the service: we do not sell it, we do not use it in our own advertising, and we do not use it to train models. What we do with it is set out in the Privacy Policy .
When you upload other people’s data you represent that you have the right to process it and that you comply with what binds you: those people’s consent, do-not-call lists, and the rules of your MLS and your broker.
Acceptable use of the site
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm Galilei or others.
- Do not attempt to breach, scan, or overload the site, or extract its data by automated means.
- Information you submit in forms must be truthful and yours.
Acceptable use of the platform
- Nothing unlawful, and nothing that harms Galilei, your clients or third parties.
- SMS and WhatsApp messages go only to people who consented to receive them, and they follow the rules of each carrier and each messaging platform, including opt-outs and permitted hours.
- Ads, communications and copy that leave the platform comply with the Fair Housing Act and fair housing regulations: no targeting and no wording that excludes on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.
- Do not resell, sublicense or transfer your access, and do not create accounts for users who are not part of your brokerage.
- Do not automate the platform with bots, do not extract its data by scraping, and do not attempt to breach, scan or overload it.
- Do not upload malware or content you do not have the right to upload.
Third-party integrations
Google (sign-in, Calendar and Drive), Meta (the WhatsApp Business Platform and Facebook and Instagram lead ads), Vonage (SMS, WhatsApp and voice) and your MLS are optional: the platform works without them and you decide which ones to connect.
Each integration is also governed by that third party’s terms and privacy policy, and by the rules of the MLS that gave you access to its data. We are not responsible for what a third party changes, interrupts or stops offering.
You can disconnect any of them whenever you want, from Settings. What data each one handles is set out in the Google section of the Privacy Policy .
Artificial intelligence features
The platform includes features that generate text: summaries, suggestions, message drafts and descriptions. They are help, not a ruling: they can be wrong, go out of date, or state something that is not so.
Read what one of those features generates before you use it or send it. You are responsible for what leaves your account under your name, and nothing the platform generates is legal, tax or appraisal advice.
Forms and requests
Submitting a request (waitlist, demo, Charter Program, or contact) does not create a contract or guarantee access. Charter Program spots are limited and subject to availability.
Your public page in the Marketplace
If you sign up as an agent, broker or independent realtor, the platform publishes your public page the moment you create your account, at galileihub.com/pro/ and your name. There is nothing to switch on: it is born published. That is deliberate: half the value of the Marketplace is being found, and a directory that only fills up when each person discovers a button never fills up.
That page publishes: your name, your title, your photo if you uploaded one, your license number, your brokerage with its name and logo (or the fact that you work on your own), your headline, your bio, the languages you work in, the areas you cover, your specialties, your years in the business, your certifications, your awards, your website, your social profiles, your transaction figures, your rating with the approved reviews, and the record of which brokerages you were at and what you did at each one.
Your phone number is not published. It is not written into the page: a visitor asks for it with a click, it is served by a separate request with an hourly cap, and only if you chose to show it.
While your profile is incomplete, the page fills the gaps with what the platform already knows about you: the area comes from your brokerage’s city and the language from the one you use in the platform. The bio may be written by artificial intelligence from those same details, adding nothing that is not already in your account, and the page says so when that is the case. The moment you write your own, the generated one disappears.
Anyone can leave you a review from your page. There are two kinds: verified, the ones that arrive through an invitation you sent a client of yours, and open, the ones any visitor leaves. None is published without going through Galilei’s moderation. You can reply publicly to any of them and you can report one, but you cannot unpublish it: if reporting unpublished a review, every rating would be a five. The rating is weighted (an open review counts for less than a verified one) and the page states what it is calculated from.
The page is indexable: it exists to be found by Google.
You can switch it off whenever you want, with a toggle in your panel, and once off its address answers like a page that does not exist. You do not need anyone’s permission: your public profile is yours, and your brokerage cannot stop you from having one.
Intellectual property
The Galilei brand, logo, copy, design and software of the site and the platform belong to Galilei Systems LLC. Your subscription gives you the right to use the platform while it is active, not to copy it, decompile it or create derivative works from it. Do not use the brand or the logo without our written permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party services we neither control nor endorse. Their use is governed by their own terms.
Service availability
We do what we can to keep the platform up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: there is maintenance, there are updates, and there are provider failures outside our hands. We may change, add or withdraw features; when we withdraw something material, we give reasonable notice.
No warranties
The site and the platform are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee they will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Galilei Systems LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or of the platform.
Indemnity
You will hold Galilei Systems LLC, its team and its providers harmless from claims, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from misuse of the platform, from breach of these Terms, or from the data you upload: not having the right to process it, sending messages without consent, or infringing a third party’s rights.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms or for non-payment. Where it is reasonable we give notice first and a chance to put it right; in a serious case (fraud, a risk to the security of others, a legal order) it may be without prior notice.
You can stop using the platform and close your account whenever you want.
Before closing an account you can export your data. Once it is closed, we delete that data from our production systems within 30 days, on the same timelines and with the same legal exceptions as the Privacy Policy .
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date in the header reflects the latest version; continued use of the site or the platform means you accept the changes.
