From PDF to envelope in a minute.
Upload the contract or pick a template from the library, add signers in the order they circulate, and the platform detects where every signature, initial, and date belongs. You just confirm.
Signing requires no account.
Your client gets a link, reviews the document, and signs from their phone — drawn, typed in a calligraphic style, or reusing the signature they already adopted. No sign-ups, no passwords, no excuses to delay the closing.
Every signature leaves a record.
Who signed, when, from where, and what they accepted: the audit certificate travels attached to the document, backed by a chained log that makes any alteration evident. Built on the ESIGN and UETA frameworks.
Signed and filed on its own.
The final PDF is cryptographically sealed, timestamped by an external authority, and files itself into the transaction’s Folder, shared with the roles you picked. Any later alteration invalidates the signature in any PDF reader. Reminders and expirations run without anyone chasing them.
Your everyday forms, ready to reuse.
Turn the documents you repeat into templates with fields already placed and file data already filled in: client name, address, price, agent. The template says "Client 1 signs here", not a person’s name, so the next envelope goes out in seconds.
The two limits, in our own words.
Some documents can’t be e-signed by law: deeds, mortgages, promissory notes, powers of attorney, affidavits, wills. Galilei Sign knows them and blocks them out of the box, pointing you to a notary or the title company and letting you upload the wet-signed copy into the Folder. We’d rather tell you "this one goes to a notary" than put your closing at risk.
And the seal is ours: the PDF is sealed with a timestamp from an external authority, so any later alteration invalidates the signature in any reader. But the certificate is our own, not bought from a commercial authority, which is why Adobe shows a "signer’s identity is unknown" notice instead of a green check. The legal proof is the chained log and the audit certificate, not the padlock in the viewer.
The same envelope, two different jobs.
You cancel the separate signing tool: the whole brokerage sends envelopes from the file, with no per-document cost.
Open the file and see who signed, who opened, and who went quiet, with the full timeline of every document.
The signed copy files itself into the Folder with per-role permissions. It doesn’t live in anyone’s inbox.
