Build your kanban with custom stages

Define your process stages, not a generic tool's.

The kanban is the heart of the CRM. Here you define your process stages —from "New lead" to "Closed"— and tune them to how your agency works, not to how a generic tool ships them.

Create and order your stages

  • Create, rename, and reorder stages by dragging.
  • Define what entering each stage means: a concrete action, not a feeling.
  • Set loss reasons per stage to learn from the pipeline that doesn't close.

Fewer stages, more clarity

The temptation is to create a column for every nuance. Resist: no one keeps a fifteen-column kanban current, and an out-of-date kanban lies. Start with the stages that truly change what you do with the lead.

Tip: Start with fewer stages than you think. Adding one is easier than cleaning up ten.
