Import your leads by CSV
Bring in years of contacts without typing one by one.
Before you work a single lead, you need your whole base inside. Galilei imports from a CSV file —the format any CRM or spreadsheet exports— so you start with your full history, not from zero.
Step 1: download the template
The "Import leads from CSV" dialog starts by offering you a template. Download it even if you already have your file: it saves you guessing what the columns are called.
- The only required field is "Name" plus at least one contact column: "Phone" or "Email." You don't need both.
- Every other column is optional.
- It recognizes headers in Spanish and English interchangeably, so you don't have to translate the export from your previous CRM.
Step 2: upload your completed file
Up to 25 MB per file. Each row is validated separately, and that is the part that matters: if one fails, the rest still import, and the error detail appears below with the row number. It is not all-or-nothing.
When it finishes you get three numbers: how many leads were created, how many were skipped, and how many errored. Leads come in UNASSIGNED; you distribute them across your team afterwards, from the pipeline.
