Import your leads by CSV
Bring in years of contacts without typing one by one.
Before you work a single lead, you need your whole base inside. Galilei imports from a CSV file —the format any CRM or spreadsheet exports— so you start with your full history, not from zero.
Prepare your file
Export your contacts to CSV from your current tool. You don't need a special format: it's enough that each column has a clear header (name, phone, email, stage, agent).
- One row per lead, one column per field.
- Headers in the first row.
- Save as CSV (UTF-8 if you have accents).
Upload and map
When you upload the file, Galilei shows your columns next to the platform fields so you can pair them. Anything it doesn't recognize you leave unmapped; nothing is lost or overwritten blindly.
Tip: Import a ten-row sample first to check the mapping. When it looks right, upload the rest with confidence.
