Scoring and temperature
Know who to call first without guessing.
Not every lead is worth your next hour equally. Scoring and temperature tell you who to call first, on criteria you define, not on a hunch.
Cold, warm, hot
Temperature sums up how close a lead is to moving, and it adjusts with activity: one that opens, replies, and books goes up; one that cools from silence drops and shows up in your alerts.
- Prioritize your day by temperature, not by arrival order.
- Catch the hot lead that's gone days without contact.
- Stop spending the morning on whoever isn't ready yet.
Tip: Check the "hot with no recent activity" first: those are the sales that cool from being forgotten, not from lack of interest.
