Templates that save afternoons

Prepare once, send in two clicks.

If you send the same agreement twenty times a month, preparing it twenty times is invented work. Any document can be saved as a template with its fields and its roles, from «Save as template».

Roles instead of people

The difference between a document and a template is that a template knows nobody. Instead of specific signers it has roles — «Client 1», «Client 2», «Agent», «Broker», «Other party» — and when you use it you say who fills each one. Whatever the platform already knows arrives filled in.

  • The library separates what comes «From the platform» from what is «From the agency».
  • From inside a transaction file, «Use a form from the library» prepares it with that file's data.
  • Picking one creates a draft, not a send: you can review and adjust it before anything goes out.

And because it is a draft, it still has the wizard's four steps: you can change the signing order, add someone who was not planned, or move a field, without touching the original template.

Tip: Save the second identical document as a template, not the first. By the second send you already know which fields were pointless, which label confused the client and what the real signing order is. A template built from the first one freezes the first one's mistakes.
