Communications: the whole thread in one place

Available 6 lessons 36 min

In development. Calls and WhatsApp work today. SMS does not yet: Galilei Systems’ registration with U.S. carriers (A2P/10DLC) is pending approval, and without it no text message goes out. Lessons 05 and 06 explain the filing and what changes when it clears.

What you discussed with a client does not live in your personal inbox: it lives inside their file. Whoever opens that file tomorrow sees the whole conversation without asking you to forward anything.

Six lessons: the thread inside the file, sending email, campaigns with templates, team chat for internal work, and your own number with the rules that keep you from burning it.

What you will achieve

  • Read and answer a client's email without leaving their file.
  • File an email that arrived outside the platform into the right client.
  • Send a campaign with variables without a placeholder escaping to anyone.
  • Know what your broker sees of your email, and what they do not.
  • Use team chat for internal work without mixing it with the client.
  • Know how long your number takes to activate, and why, before you start.
  • Message by WhatsApp without burning your number's reputation.
