Lesson 03 · 6 min 6 min

Your first workflow

From scratch, and tested before it goes live.

There are two ways to create one: «Build from scratch», which opens an empty builder, or describing it in your own words and letting the AI assemble it.

Describing it in a sentence

You write what you want — «when a social media lead who wants to buy comes in, message them on WhatsApp right away and create a task for me to call them» — and the plan appears complete on the timeline.

  • Nothing is saved yet: the plan opens in the builder and starts paused.
  • If you asked for something that does not match your catalogs — a stage you do not have — it tells you what it dropped instead of inventing it.
  • You can rewrite all of it before saving. The AI builds the skeleton; the plan stays yours.

«Rewrite in my voice»

Template texts sound like templates. You tell it in two sentences how you write — «short and direct, casual, and I hate corporate filler» — and it rewrites the plan's messages. Timing, channels and the fields that get replaced are left untouched.

You see «Now» and «Rewritten» step by step, pick the language you want to keep, and nothing is saved until you hit «Apply to plan».

The dry run

Before turning anything on: «Dry run». It traces the whole timeline with sample data, sends nothing real, and hands you a list under «Review this before turning it on».

Once you turn it on, the plan runs by itself every time its event arrives. For the leads you ALREADY have there is «Enroll existing leads»: you can narrow by stage, and there is a cap per bulk apply so nobody sends a thousand emails by accident.

Tip: Save it, dry-run it, and leave it off for a day. Come back tomorrow and read the texts again. There is almost always one sentence written in a hurry that you would not want a client reading with your name under it.
