The plan library
Turn on a proven one before inventing yours.
A workflow is an action plan: when something happens — or when you decide — the plan runs itself. Before inventing yours, open the «Library»: it carries 47 active plans, proven by the industry and filtered to your role.
How to read a template before using it
- Its category: Conversion, Reactivation, Nurture, Sphere, Transaction, Post-closing, Dates, Recruiting, Process or Partners.
- How many steps it has, and «View plan» to see them with their timing before touching anything.
- Its behaviour, written right on the card: «Pauses on reply», «Completes on stage change», «Allows re-enrollment», «Restarts itself».
- Whether it chains into another plan when it ends.
Using is not turning on
«Use template» clones it into «My workflows» and — this is the important part — leaves it PAUSED. The original template stays intact; you edit the texts and the timing on your copy. If it chained into other plans, those get added too, so the handoff is not left dangling.
No template turns itself on. You have to review it and turn it on yourself, and that order is deliberate: a plan sending messages you never read is a plan speaking in your name.
Tip: Start from a library plan even if yours is crystal clear in your head. Seeing the timing chosen by someone who has done this a thousand times — when to push and, above all, when to stop — is worth more than the list of steps.
