KPIs that actually matter
Fewer numbers, more decisions.
Next to the day plan sit four cards — sometimes five — and none of them is decoration: every one is a link to the screen where you act on that number.
The four constants
- "GCI YTD": your gross commission for the year, with your split written underneath (70/30, for instance). It takes you to the Sales Book.
- "My Volume": the price of the properties you moved. Also the Sales Book.
- "Active Leads": what you have open right now. It takes you to the CRM.
- "Closings": what you have so far, with "N appointments today" as its subtitle. Also the CRM.
GCI and volume get confused daily and are the same question from two sides. GCI is what you were paid; volume is what the houses cost. The first pays your bills, the second is what you introduce yourself with.
The fifth, if your brokerage turned it on
"Impact Points" only appears if your broker configured the agency's gamification. If you do not see it, nothing is broken and no permission is missing: your brokerage chose not to use it. When it is there, it takes you to the Growth module, where you can see how points are earned, your badges and your history.
Where the GCI comes from
From your confirmed and paid sales, not from leads you marked as won. It is the same source that feeds your level, so the card and your level always agree. If some month it looks low, the answer is almost always a sale the agency has not confirmed yet.
