The AI day-plan
What it suggests and why.
"Your day plan" is a short list of prioritized suggestions. If you have not generated it yet, the button reads "Generate plan"; after that it becomes "Regenerate." Every suggestion carries a title, the reason it is there, a priority — High, Medium or Low — and two buttons: "Accept" and "Dismiss."
How it is actually built
This is the part almost no product tells you, and the part worth knowing before you trust what you read. The plan is built in two steps, and only the second one uses artificial intelligence.
- First the platform gathers the day's candidates with rules: leads without contact, overdue tasks, upcoming appointments, stalled VIPs. That is computed in the database, with no AI, and each candidate already carries its reason.
- Then the AI picks the most important ones — eight at most — and writes them so they read like sentences instead of table rows.
In other words: the AI does not guess who is going to buy and does not score anybody. It orders and it writes. What decides who makes the list is a rule that can be explained, which is exactly why every suggestion can tell you why it is there.
What happens when you accept
Pressing "Accept" turns the suggestion into a task of yours and confirms it: "Suggestion added as a task." That task shows up in your list on the same screen, so the plan stops being reading material and becomes scheduled work. "Dismiss" takes it out of the day, no explanation required.
The limits
The AI proposes; you decide. And if your brokerage does not have AI enabled or has used up its monthly allowance, The Pulse keeps working whole: you lose the written suggestions, not the screen. It is built to degrade gracefully, not to leave you without a dashboard.
