Lesson 04 · 4 min 4 min
From The Pulse to action
Turn the plan into calls.
A screen that only informs stops getting opened within two weeks. This lesson is the routine that keeps that from happening: five minutes, always in the same order.
The five minutes
- Look at your level: how far the next step is. That is the context for everything else.
- Generate the day plan and decide suggestion by suggestion: "Accept" what you will do today, "Dismiss" what you will not. Do not leave the list half-done.
- Open your task list: the ones you just accepted are there, next to what you already had.
- Glance at the KPIs only to catch anything that moved sharply. This is not a screen for contemplation.
- Close it and start calling.
Reading the ranking properly
"Top Agents" has two tabs, and the difference is worth knowing. "Results" ranks by closings over the last thirty days. "Productivity" ranks by points, with your day streak and your active days. The second is the one you can move today: results arrive later, but activity happens this morning.
What shows up when it applies
- "Your network pays you": if you recruited someone and earned overrides, the "Recent overrides" card shows the latest ones marked "Delivered" or "Pending," with "View full breakdown" for the detail.
- "My evaluations": when your manager shares an evaluation with you, it appears at the top. Read it whole before the conversation, not during it.
Tip: Do it at the same time every day. The Pulse works by accumulation: its value is not in the morning you look at it, it is in the thirtieth. A month of half-accepted plans beats a month of staring at charts.
