VIP onboarding step by step
Get the new hire producing sooner.
VIP Onboarding is the list of steps a new agent completes to activate their Premium package. Your brokerage defines the steps in My Agency → «VIP Onboarding» → step configuration; if you configure none, the agent sees a notice asking you to define them.
A step's states
- «Pending»: it is on the agent.
- «In review»: they submitted it and it is on you.
- «Approved» and «Rejected»: your call. On rejection, the reason you write is what the agent sees.
- «Awaiting sign-up»: only on the recruiting step, once the invitation has gone out.
- «Overdue»: the date passed. The agent sees it with a prompt to talk to you.
Two steps that complete themselves
- The first-sale step is approved on its own when you confirm their first sale in the Sales Book. The agent does nothing, and the card says so.
- The recruiting step: when you approve it, the platform automatically emails an invitation to that person, and the step sits at «Awaiting sign-up» until they activate their account.
Which is why the recruit's email has to be right: a real invitation goes out from there, not a form you file away.
Your side: the approval queue
The team status view shows everyone with their progress, and the pending approvals tab is the queue waiting on you. If someone stalls, you can mark their onboarding abandoned; the agent then sees a notice telling them to talk to you about reopening it. It is not a closed door.
What the agent gets at the end
- A personal branding session with you.
- Three qualified leads assigned by the brokerage.
- The permanent Galilei Hub VIP badge, visible next to their name in The Pulse.
- Two thousand points credited immediately, if your brokerage uses Growth.
Tip: Design the onboarding around steps that produce, not steps that prove compliance. Every step should leave the agent closer to their first sale: sign the contract, learn the CRM, publish their first listing. If a step only generates review work for you, cut it.
