Your recruiting tree

Who brought whom, and who earns.

Legacy has two faces. The agent opens «Legacy · My Network» and sees theirs; you, as a broker, also open «Legacy · Agency Network» and see the whole program.

The rule everything else hangs on

Only the DIRECT recruiter earns. If your recruit recruits someone else, that person forms their own tree and pays them, not you. The page says so without hedging, and it is worth repeating just as plainly while recruiting: this is not a multi-level pyramid.

On top of that, only active recruits count — with a verified account — and only from your own brokerage. An invitation sent is not a recruit yet.

  • «Overrides collected»: all-time since their network started.
  • «Active recruits»: direct recruits with a verified account.
  • «Projected closings (year)»: their network extrapolated from the last 90 days. It is a projection, and the screen says so.

How someone joins the network

  • From «Invite realtor»: you pick the recruiting agent, enter first name, last name, and email, and the person gets an email to activate their account.
  • From each agent's own link, under «Your recruiting link». Whoever signs up through it becomes their direct recruit.
  • The link can be regenerated if it got shared too widely. The old one stops working immediately.
Tip: Do not confuse the recruiting link with the Referrals link. The recruiting one adds a realtor to your brokerage; the Referrals one invites ANOTHER brokerage to subscribe to Galilei Hub and pays a referral commission. The screen warns about it, because it is a mistake made once and carried for months.

Your broker view

«Legacy · Agency Network» gives you the overview: overrides paid all-time, active recruiters, and total recruits. Pick someone from the list and you see their downline up to three levels, with how much each branch has generated for them. It tells you where your growth comes from — while remembering that only the first level ever gets paid.
