Agency network and pipeline
Where your deals come from and how they move.
There are two ways to connect with an agency: you request it from «Connect with agency» and their broker approves, or the broker invites you and you accept. Until one of those happens the card reads «Waiting for broker approval», and you cannot work with their team yet.
The lead that becomes a borrower
When an agent shares a lead with you, it lands in «Lead requests» with everything they know: phone, email, budget, location, and their notes. Accepting automatically creates a borrower with that data — nothing gets retyped. Rejecting tells the agent so they can try another lender, and that is useful information for them, not a snub.
The nine stages
Pre-consult, Pre-approval, Application, Processing, Underwriting, Conditional approval, Clear to close, Closed, and Cancelled. They are the same across all your agencies, so a broker working with three lenders compares them without translating anything.
And here is what makes this pipeline different: every stage change syncs to the agent's lead history. You do not have to tell them; they already know. That, in one sentence, is the whole reason they keep sending you clients.
- Filter by agency, by «Own book only», or by «At risk only».
- Borrowers who came to you directly are tagged «Own book» and belong to no agency.
- Inside the record you can edit the data, tick off required documents, and move the stage without leaving.
Disconnecting has consequences
Before you unlink, the platform computes the impact and shows it to you with numbers: your borrowers in pipeline with that agency move to cancelled, and you stop seeing the pending leads they had shared. It does not undo itself — working together again requires a fresh invitation.
