Funnel and conversion
Where your pipeline drops, and why.
Agency Pulse opens under the label "Panoramic view" and has two tabs: "Overview" and "Reports." This lesson lives entirely in the first.
Pick the period first
Top right there are four buttons: "Today," "7 days," "30 days" and "90 days." Everything below recalculates against that window, so choosing the period is the first move, not the last. The period travels in the page address: copy the link, send it to your partner, and they open exactly what you are looking at.
The KPI band
- "Active agents": those with at least one interaction or task in the period. An inactive agent is still on the team, but did not operate.
- "Total leads," with its "vs previous period" movement.
- "Closings" and "Lost Client," the two endings of the period.
- "Conversion rate": closings divided by closings plus lost clients. It measures how effective the brokerage was at closing, not how many leads came in.
- "Need attention": the count of stalled leads. It is a button, and it is the next lesson.
The pipeline, stage by stage
Below, "Lead pipeline" spreads your leads across the eight stages: New, Contacted, Qualified, Appointment, Searching, Under Contract, Won and Lost. Reading it means hunting for where it narrows. If a hundred come in at New and only fifteen reach Contacted, your problem is response time, not lead supply; if they pile up at Appointment and never reach Searching, the problem is the first meeting.
Any stage can be selected to filter the view, and "Clear filter" gives you everything back. Monday's meeting comes out of here: you find where the funnel narrows and you talk about that stage, not all of them.
