Bilingual without friction
The reader picks the language.
Florida works in two languages, often inside the same transaction. The platform rule is one and it has no exceptions: the recipient decides the language, not whoever is writing.
What that means in practice
- You work in the language you chose: the interface, the alerts and your digest emails come in it.
- Drafts for a client go out in the client's language, even when it is not yours.
- A rewritten campaign's messages come back in both Spanish and English, and you pick which one stays in the plan.
- In Spanish, always neutral Latin American tuteo. Never voseo.
Translating what you write yourself
The catalogs the brokerage edits and that get shown in both versions have assisted translation: you write the Spanish, ask for the translation, and review before saving. A human always approves; nothing saves itself.
The two emails a day
The platform sends two digests per person per day, each in THEIR local time: the day plan in the morning, a recap at night. The recap is computed in code and the AI only writes the closing line.
Local time per person sounds like a detail until you have a team spread out and somebody gets their day plan at three in the morning.
