Your leads on the road
The CRM between showings.
In development. The iPhone, Android, Apple Watch and Wear OS apps are in development and are not downloadable from the App Store or Google Play yet. This course teaches the app our test teams already use daily, which is the same one you will see on release day.
The real use case for the app is not sitting down to work: it is the gap between two showings. Ten minutes in a parked car, one-handed, no desk. This lesson is what actually gets done in those ten minutes.
Open the file and leave it better than you found it
CRM holds your leads. You open one and you have the full file: their details, their stage, their history and their notes. It is the same file as on the web, not a summary of it.
What to do walking out of a showing is always the same: leave the note while the conversation is fresh, and move the stage if it genuinely moved. Half an hour later you no longer remember the detail that mattered, and that detail is what makes the next call sound personal.
Call, write, and have it on the record
From the file you call and write to the client without leaving the app. The difference from dialing out of your phone contacts is that here the call lands in the lead's history: the next person to open that file —you in a month, or your broker— sees that you spoke and when.
A call made from your personal line does not exist for anyone but you. That is why dialing from inside is worth the two extra taps.
Your day and what cannot wait
The Pulse gives you the same day plan as the desktop; Tasks, what is open with its date; Alerts, what the system needs you to look at. Between showings, that is the order worth reading them in.
