The bottom bar and the menu
Six tabs, and everything else.
In development. The iPhone, Android, Apple Watch and Wear OS apps are in development and are not downloadable from the App Store or Google Play yet. This course teaches the app our test teams already use daily, which is the same one you will see on release day.
The app has two levels of navigation and it is worth understanding the difference on day one: the bottom bar holds what you touch several times a day; the side menu holds everything else, which is not a short list.
The six in the bar
If you work at a brokerage, the bar carries six destinations:
- The Pulse —Central Command if you manage a team—: your day, your numbers and what is up next.
- CRM: your leads and their files.
- Chat: threads with people at your brokerage.
- Messages: client conversations by call, SMS or WhatsApp.
- Tasks: what is open, with its date.
- Alerts: what the system needs you to look at.
Messages only appears if your brokerage has an active phone number. Without one there are no calls or texts to show, so the bar stays at five instead of taking you to a screen that cannot do anything.
The side menu carries the whole platform
What leaves the bar does not disappear. The menu lists every module your role reaches —My Agency, Contacts, Properties, the Sales Book, intakes, workflows, signature templates and envelopes, Communications, Legacy and My Network, Growth, VIP Onboarding— and takes you to the same screen as the web.
You will also see entries marked "Coming soon", with no link. Those are modules that exist in the plan and not yet in the app: we would rather you know they are coming than wonder whether you are missing them.
If you are not with a brokerage
A lender carries their loans first and the shared queue second, because that one expires: until a request is answered, nobody moves. A title firm enters through My Practice and its case portfolio. The platform operator lands on Requests, which is the only thing of theirs that genuinely expires.
