Signing in

Your usual account, no new signup.

In development. The iPhone, Android, Apple Watch and Wear OS apps are in development and are not downloadable from the App Store or Google Play yet. This course teaches the app our test teams already use daily, which is the same one you will see on release day.

The app has no signup. There is no "Create account", no brokerages get registered, and you do not invent a new password: you sign in with the same email and password you use on galileihub.com. If your brokerage has not set you up yet, the app is not where you fix that.

That is deliberate. Your brokerage is who grants you access, and your role inside it is what decides what you can see. An app that let people create their own accounts would open a side door into a system holding commissions and closing documents.

What you see depends on your role, and it is not a preference

On sign-in, the app decides which bar to build you. An agent lands on their Pulse; a broker sees that same screen called Central Command; a lender lands on their loans; a title firm enters through My Practice and sees nothing from the brokerage side.

This is not cosmetic. The server answers 403 to a lender asking for a brokerage Pulse, and to a firm asking for the CRM. Showing those tabs would be offering locked doors, so the app simply does not build them.

Tip: If you sign in and do not recognize the bar, check your role before assuming something is missing: most likely you are looking at the correct shell for a different part. Your role is in Settings.

Signing in once

You sign in once and the app keeps you in. That session is also the one that travels to your paired watch on its own, without you typing anything on a 45-millimeter screen. You will see it in lesson 04.

And signing out ends it in both places. A phone lost with the watch still signed in would be exactly the hole to avoid.
